1. Scope
These terms govern your use of edge.oku.pt. They do not govern services you contract from us — those are always covered by a separate, signed agreement that takes precedence.
2. Intellectual property
The site content (text, code, visual identity, excluding technology logos used editorially) belongs to ōku edge. You can share links and cite us provided you attribute. You can't copy entire blocks to a competing site, nor use our name or marks to imply endorsement.
3. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy and uptime, but don't guarantee either. Stats, benchmarks and case-study numbers are real but relate to past work — your project will have its own measurements. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Attempt to bypass our security (rate limiting, DDoS protection, authentication).
- Scrape the site at a rate that impacts availability for other users.
- Submit fraudulent briefs or spam the contact form — we reserve the right to block offending IPs.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Viana do Castelo, Portugal, unless a mandatory consumer-protection forum applies to you.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date is at the top. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
